To the Parents / Guardians of La Vernia Student Athletes:
La Vernia Athletics is proud to announce that we are now using Rank One Sport. This is a web-based athletic management system. It will enable better communication between coaches and parents for maps to away games, and schedule change alerts. We will also use this for our athletic paperwork.
Please help me in implementing the use of this system by submitting your student-athlete’s paperwork online at https://laverniaisd.rankonesport.com. Also, remember that all student athletes need a physical, and all paperwork filled out. All student-athletes need to fill-out and submit the medical history, the UIL forms, the Emergency Information form, and the Parent/Student-Athlete Handbook Contract. The medical history and the physical are the only two pages that need to be printed out, and physically turned in to the athletic trainer. These two forms are together under the physical tab.
Helpful Hint: Do not type the 0 in front of the student-athlete’s student identification number. You must type the child’s name exactly how it is printed on his/her schedule.
